How does access time work?
Access time is the period during which you can log in and work on your assessments. Choose based on how much time you need throughout the year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What SAQ types are supported?
We support all PCI DSS 4.0.1 SAQ types: A, A-EP, B, B-IP, C, C-VT, P2PE-HW, D (Merchant), and D (Service Provider).
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, secure data centers, and follow best practices for data security. We never store your payment card data.
What happens after my access period ends?
Your completed reports remain available for download. You can renew anytime to create new assessments or update existing ones.

We offer five tiers: Unverified (free, unclaimed), Verified (free, claimed with logo only), Premium (annual fee - enhanced branding & content),Premium Plus (annual fee - AI matching & Calendly integration), and Foundation Partner (custom pricing - top placement).
